Marina Sousa is Coming!

Marina Sousa is coming to Flour Confections next week!!! She will be in town April 8th, 9th & 10th for 2 fabulous classes.

Our first class will be Structuring Sugar Beads taking place on Friday April 8th. During this class students will learn how to use Marina's unique and exciting new sugar bead moulds using a variety of mediums including isomalt and chocolate. These moulds are a quick way to add stunning "bling" to any wedding cake!

Our second class with be Fun & Funky Structures taking place on Saturday & Sunday April 9th-10th. In this class students will learn all about structure while they create a toppling tower of treats! This class is sold out.

To think, this time two years ago we were doing our final preparations on our first retail location - getting ready to open. And now, in 2 short years, we are in a brand new bigger retail location complete with a dedicated state of the art classroom!! My have we grown!! From our humble beginnings and a staff of one (me) we have grown to a staff of 7!
